Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Grand Rapids Mobile Saunas provides premier sauna rentals. Appointments can be booked online, via Facebook, or through direct phone calls.

• The mobile sauna must not be moved from the drop-off location.
• Maximum capacity: 7 people.
• Food is prohibited inside the sauna.
• Only clear beverages are allowed inside the sauna.

• Acceptable payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, PayPal.
• A 50% rental deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 1 week prior: 50% of deposit nonrefundable.
  • 1-6 days prior: 75% nonrefundable.
  • Day of rental: Full deposit nonrefundable.
• All refunds are at the discretion of Grand Rapids Mobile Saunas.

• Minor children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Individuals with health problems, including heart disease, or pregnant women, should consult a doctor before using the sauna.
• The customer is responsible for damages to the sauna. A $500 damage deposit is required at booking.

• Minors aged 18 and under must have adult supervision.
• Only water and essential oils may be tossed onto the sauna rocks.
• The sauna should be treated with respect and care.

• All content on the Grand Rapids Mobile Saunas website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Grand Rapids Mobile Saunas and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Grand Rapids Mobile Saunas reserves the right to cancel or terminate services at its discretion.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of small claims court in Minnesota.

• Grand Rapids Mobile Saunas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website.
